We were very honored to be selected as the home entertainment systems installer for PBS's This Old House Season 29: The Newton Shingle-Style House Project. Built in 1897, the house is a Colonial Revival in "Shingle-style clothes" - a typical transitional-style house from the late Victorian era.
We installed a Bose Lifestyle 48 home theater, system, basic on-wall jewel cubes, and a Bose BUILT-INvisible bass module in the remodeled family room, with ceiling speakers in the kitchen and living room. In the master bedroom, we did a plasma install and used a Bose 321 sound system instead of full-blown home theater. All of the components are in a cedar closet in the hall, keeping all of those unsightly cable boxes and dvd players in a beautiful house lsuch as this one.
